Our goal is to remain small to provide our staff with work/life balance, while also ensuring our staff have support in career growth. Our staff is so important to us, and we want to invest in those who are willing to stick with us. We provide all training for entry level behavior technicians and those interested becoming Registered Behavior Technicians with the BACB. We are also BACB approved supervisors for those looking for field hours for the BCaBA and BCBA certification.
