Our goal is to remain small to provide our staff with work/life balance, while also ensuring our staff have support in career growth. Our staff is so important to us, and we want to invest in those who are willing to stick with us. We are currently looking for BCBAs who might not fit the large agency model. Platinum is shifting away from the traditional model of BT/RBT and BCBA hierarchy to BCBA led parent education. This removes the stress of administrative responsibilities such as turnover, training, and scheduling and allows the clinician to focus on their clients. With this model we hope parents and clients receive the necessary tools for long term change. Further it allows the clinician flexible scheduling while the BCBA is not required to maintain a certain number of hours. Your caseload is what you make it.
